Pilates @ Total Worx
Pilates is a highly effective and efficient form of exercise: challenging for the body, whilst relaxing for the mind. Pilates postures develop core strength, balance, co-ordination, flexibility and promotes confidence, as well as curing and preventing sports injuries, back and neck problems and a host of minor amd major health conditions. Students find that after only a few weeks of attending regular classes at Total Worx, positive changes take place in their mind and body: they feel great and get results. Pilates Works!
Pilates Instructor: Tyler James Tyler holds a Cert 4 in Contemporary Pilates and Teaching Methodology and is recognised by Pilates Alliance Australasia.
Pilates Studio: Fully airconditioned
Casual session $18, Beginners course $150 for 8 weeks, Casual session card $150 for 10 sessions.
