Classes:
We offer Body Blast, Circuit Training and Pilates Courses and Classes.
All group fitness classes are included in our memberships. Pilates is fully included once an initial 8-week course has been
completed which is a small additional cost. Both members and non-members are welcome to attend our Pilates courses.
Body Blast: An intensive boxing class using a variety of equipment and body weight exercises geared towards building
strength, fitness and burning bodyfat. 1 hour in duration, Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 6 am.
Circuit Training: All levels. A complete workout using a variety of equipment, machines and cardio all geared towards
building strength, fitness and burning bodyfat. Tuesday and Thursday at 6 am, Monday and Wednesday at 1 pm.

Pilates Courses: Pilates is a holistic exercise which teaches mind and body control, improves posture and core and stability.
It lengthens and strengthens the muscles, whilst improving flexibility, conditioning and balance. If you want to improve your posture, core
strength and get stronger, longer and leaner then Pilates is for you! 8 Week Beginner courses starting regularly.
$120 for members and $150 for non-members. Call us NOW to reserve your place, booking is essential to ensure a
comfortable class size.
