This package includes one focused hour personal training session* with your coach once a week. Personal exercise programs for you to follow when not with your coach. Regular measurement consultations done on a fortnightly basis.   Personal nutritional planning and consultations, including a food diary to keep you on track. Unlimited membership, Pilates or circuit training classes. A personal mentor to keep you focused, motivated and on track.

 

HIS & HERS PACKAGE: Based on 12 weeks.

Our packages are a very popular option. Ideal for those who have never participated in regular exercise that are looking for support, direction and results. These packages are also a economical way of having a membership and personal training combined giving better value for money. Many of our clients start with a 12 week package and then after 12 weeks they go onto a maintanence phase, taking a membership without personal training, or perhaps having personal training on a fortnightly basis just to keep them on track.
